Raspberry is a perennial deciduous plant, shrubbery or semi-bushy growth, with perennial root and with one-year and long two-year exits belonging to the family of Rosaceae (Rosaceae). The most common raspberry variety in Serbia is „Willamete“, which is characterized by exceptional taste and dark red color. In addition to Willamette, the variety „Meeker“ is produced, but in smaller quantities.

The raspberry harvest begins in mid-June and lasts about 45 days.
